Producer Jhon Rodríguez spent years perfecting his fermentation processes, a story of persistence that led to coffee exactly like this week’s Drop. Warm Up 26, is an easy-to-love coffee that’s co-fermented with peaches, with a juicy body, medium citric-tartaric acidity, and a clean citrusy finish. 

This single-origin light/medium roast is from Immigrant Culture, a specialty roaster known for close producer relationships and a clear philosophy: fermentation should be used with purpose, never as a shortcut. Like all their coffees, they chose this for structure and sweetness that holds up cup after cup.
